Friday, January 27, 2006 Ahhhh today has been weird, I think the TTC hates me or something I didn't do anything to you guys! you keep raising the prices and I still use your slow service haha, but anyways this morning I missed all my regular 9am streetcars and I was running behind, but I knew the 2nd express bus from Kennedy wouldn't leave until 9:45 so I would have time missing the Streetcars at 9am and 9:07 anyways I finally got to the subway and it JUST left and for like every since school started everytime I go down to the subway ppl are always walking up the stairs meaning I just missed the subway!!!! why me!!! anways I got to Victoria Park station and we stayed there for a good 5-10mins, because there was a problem at Warden Station!! soo i'm stalled there and luckily when I got to Kennedy the bus was there and the bus driver was buying a coffee or something so i got on and got to class just on time!(more TTC story later on...) So after class I found out the Leslie was in my Tutorial and we found Eunice and we decided to lineup for metropasses and guess what UTSC spent their money on?? TALKING GARBAGE CANS! hahah seriously Eunice was freaked out this morning buying coffee because it's early and everyone's half asleep and someone near by threw out some garbage and it says "Thank You!" kinda freaky if you ask me...anyways we had the newspaper and talked about the New headline which i'm sure most of you heard by now, how two 18 year olds were "racing" in Benz down the street at 130-140km/hr and killed a Taxi Driver and I'm going to rant a lil on this... Well apparently in their car seat they had a copy of the game "Need For Speed" dunno which version I'm asuming "Most Wanted" which I think is the newest title from that series, but anyways it's just soo stupid for 18 yr olds to be influence by a game like that, and since they're adults they're pretty screwed!! but I think they totally deserve whats coming to them, I don't care what you say but they deserve to be thrown in the slammer and to never drive again. You see I think it's totally selfish of them to do this because they affect a LOT of ppl in many different ways! soo many to list where do I begin? 1. They will have to live the rest of their life with this guilt on their shoulders. 2. Their Family must be devastated for sure, because they both came outta "St. Andrews" private school thats really "famous" they were above average students attending York and Ryerson, with no history of being bad or having bad habits. 3. They affect the Schools Rep for St Andrews, and now York and Ryerson are going to get BP from all this thanks to them. 4. The Cabbie Drivers' story was the most touching that makes everyone I know bitter about the whole thing is that his man from Pakistan came to Canada 6 yrs ago to work and try to bring his family over and Today if he was still alive he would be at STC getting his Canadian Citizenship! and His mother was sick and he was paying for her bills...and his family is now stuck in Pakistan without a father and a husband of 15yrs. Statements from his co-workers and Boss said he was a general friendly honest working guy just trying to bring his family over here and now everything just shattered for his family...sigh Well I think the covers most of it in general, but theres something my mother told me which is soo true for all those that drive out there is whenever your in an accident you should never leave the scene, because the black guy ran away and he got charged for leaving the scene of the accident on top of helping with the murder? (I dunno the exact terms but you know what I mean) anyways interesting fact the Black guy has a Chinese name! so he's hald chinese and black. The other dude was white for those who didn't see the Toronto Sun's front cover today =/ but tragic story for the Cabbie and family.....shouuld keep them in our prayers yes. Well today was the beginning of Interhouse Vball and I was soo excited all day just to play some vball! and we were up against this brown team who were really annoying yelling out random comments to try to confuse us like "OUT!" "IN!" and complaining to the Ref for making calls against their team which were all Good Calls! GG Ref. and they had this really tall brown dude like 6"5 or something i call him the "cocky brown dude" because i remember watching him play and he would be all cocky and thinks he's like pro, but really it's his height that helps him do everything and we beat them 1st set and I loved seeing his expression after the lost haha!! nanan! but the 2nd set was really really tense it was tied up to 28 oh man it was just soooo tense! and we lost 28-26 after lots of back to back close plays! but the team looks like it's coming together really well the Guy from my ACF Sampson was really good, not only tall but he pulled some really niffy moves. I can't hit a ball if my life depended on it!!!! and I hurt my finger getting it caught in the net =( and I'm soo unfit!! need to work out for softball! Alrite so I have early chinese new years dinner with my family downtown Chinatown and I take the express bus down and everything went well got on the subway and up until we got to Pape Station we were stalled AGAIN! (thats twice in one day =( ) anyways apparently the power went out at Main Station (my home station) and we couldn't move for like 10-15mins then we slowly started up, but they were driving really slow and by the time we hit Yonge the train was packed! because none fo the trains moved and there were sooo many people waiting because of the delay! in conclusion TTC Hates ME!!!!! hahahaha I think I'm going crazy! but yeah Midterm this coming Monday soo keep me in your prayers guys! - Mondays Jan 30th Abnormal Psy Thanks! i'm out \| dreamt by Matt on 1/27/2006 12:11:00 a.m.
