Tuesday, October 10, 2006 Food for the belly So today my dad decides to cook dinner and invite my aunt, uncle and grandma who all attend ET (my only relatives that attend ET) The dinner soo sooo good that you can't buy this kind of dinner outside! not for a million dollars!!! haaha On the menu tonight..... - I call it the "root" dish cause it has all these random squash, potatoes, yams, turnips etc... famous classic dish my dad makes, everyone loves, or will love if they try it! (my aunt brought tupperware to get some of this stuff home LOL) - RIBS!! who doesn't love Ribs! this is not the crappy ribs you get at resturants where it's just cooked with BBQ Sauce all over it, and without sauce it sucks, My aunt dropped one on the floor, went to wash it off (don't waste good food =P) and it still had taste!!! thats what she said LOL - Pasta...O M G the pasta looked soo plain and unseasoned.....TASTE SOO GOOD omg I think i ate half the dish literally it was sooo damn GOOOD, dads gotta teach me this one for sure! - Chicken....who knew chicken coudl taste this good..soo tender and yummy! omgosh I dunno how my dad spiced it but it was SOOOOOO Yums! (my aunt tried to make this at home and failed twice, too salty or not taste LOL) - STEAK! I know my dad does crazy seasoning and this was the same as usually, tender and soooo yummmy!! Whoever orders steaks at resturants ares stupid! cause homemade will always kick its ass! - Garlic Bread and "choy" very simple stable food items=P Dessert! - Mango Mousse Cake like the O's thanksgiving one, but better cake to mousse ratio this time around with coconut milk made it extra yummy! - Creme Caramel....another new item to my dad's menu that he learn at the same time as the mango mousse. Sooo smoooth and delicious Thats was the meal, but during the meal it was entertaining cause my aunt and uncle would bicker at each other over stupid little things that were really funny for the rest of us. (like flirting like us young ppl do, but they're OLD, all their kids are 27yr old and up) but yeah my grandma was like good thing I'm not like my mom for drinking alcohol, cause she doesn't turn red and can take a lot of it. I'm like my dad on the other hand, can't drink a lot and turn bright red reallly fast! I do have the same taste as my mother foodwise, we both love sushi and seafood in general! some interesting things my aunt and grandma pointed out. Somethine else I saw that was different with age, everyone at the table had red wine and I was the only one with the beer. Look back like 5 yrs ago it would be parents beer and wine and Me with my juice! Food for the belly

So today my dad decides to cook dinner and invite my aunt, uncle and grandma who all attend ET (my only relatives that attend ET) The dinner soo sooo good that you can't buy this kind of dinner outside! not for a million dollars!!! haaha

On the menu tonight.....
